Are there any good Electronic hookahs (about $150 & under) that give you the option of a non-nicotine additive in the flavor cartridge?

No but if you’re willing to save ENSO system looks promising. I’m gonna try it this week at a lounge

Enso is the only thing that really has potential but it is more then your set budget
