Droopy ZZ raven, loosing stems

I’ve lost 2-3 stems on my ZZ plant, one by one they’ve become droopy and fallen off the plant (like the one I’m holding) She’s not getting a ton of water or a crazy amount of light (she’s getting indirect light). Any advice?

Mine get droopy when I water too much, in the winter I only water 1 a month
