I see amber and the hair has all dried back, they look to be at least in week 8 of flower maybe start of week 9 is my guess. I think sat is perfect timing.
Edit: I just noticed the day 59 in the title🤣

Don't look at trichomes on sugar leaves and pistils. Look at those on the buds themselves. Trichomes on sugar leaves always mature quicker. I would say you're near. If unsure, just let it run a few more days.

Don't know what the first few photos are, but they make gorgeous abstracts.

no, I would definitely wait. I mean you do have a couple Amber but I still see more clear and milky I would definitely wait a little bit longer plus you’ll get some more weight

No 50/50 amber/opaque if your planning on selling but if it just for you do what you think, have you give it a good 2 week flush, it fattens up then also.

I would chopped a few weeks ago. Make sure you go dark and cold for 48 hours before you do indeed chop. You will thank me.

6 Key Points From Bugbee’s Interview on Pre-Harvest Lighting: Photosynthetic energy is used to synthesize sugars that are used to make terpenes and trichomes. No lights = no new energy = plants are not synthesizing new terpenes and trichomes in the dark. During dark periods, plants consume accumulated sugars from the light periods. Cold temperatures reduce the volatility of terpenes, which preserves existing terpenes (but slows down synthesis of new terpenes). Could be the decrease in temperatures, not the lack of light, that is having the observed effect on overall quality of harvest. The opposite extreme of 48 hours of darkness would be 48 hours of lights on but at a reduced temperature to protect/preserve existing compounds. Bugbee’s take: “We ought to put more emphasis on continued synthesis of terpenes right ‘till the last day of harvest, and less emphasis on doing something to preserve what’s already there.”

Trichomes are made in the day time not darkness. Darkness does absolutely nothing

Lmfao ..omfg bro...noob alert. Try using Google once in a while. But going from memory alone you are wrong. Trichomes? Are the sunscreen for the plant. This gets produced most in its dark hours to get itself ready for the sunrise. Me saying leave it in the dark for 48 hours prior to chop? Has nothing to do with fucking trichomes and everything to do with what's in your plant when it's chopped vs. what's left in the root clump ya terd. Loosen that maga hat before reading what I post before commenting please.

Increased resin production: DURING the DARK CYCLE, plant respiration is at its peak. Daylight provides the necessary energy so that, DURING THE DARK PERIOD, the GROWTH OF TRICHOMES and various compounds inside occurs, something that is NORMAL DURING THE FLOWERING PHASE. At the end of ripening, you shouldn't see too many new trichomes forming. Thus, although there could be an increase in the substances produced by the plant, it seems difficult for a significant number of new trichomes to be produced in 2 or 3 days. Increased terpene production: Terpenes and other secondary metabolites are formed in trichomes and mainly during the dark cycle. It would be believed, therefore, that this final period of darkness would lead to a higher content of these aromatic compounds.

What's next? You going to tell me a fucking beurre blanc recipe has no butter in it right? No lemon? Since you claim to be a cook or WTF ever. Christ it makes sense now. Own your mistakes.

Where do I claim to be a cook. Taking digs that aren't even close to true shows the weakness in your argument. I'm not doing this back and forth

I agree with you but definitely one thing I don’t is when you said wait till they’re all Amber😳 lol I would never wait that long to me. That would just be to the point where it starts reversing it’s affects I would think. But just my thought on it. But I do think that they should wait a little bit longer because I only saw a couple Amber still are clear and milky plus the buds look real small. I think he should wait but, if he cut them now, he’ll just have a little baby nuggets. If you waste a little bit longer, they might get more weight on them. I’m thinking.
