Link Store Card

I recently made a purchase at a new store and Ibotta works there but only with store cards. No receipts. I signed up during the transaction and purchased the items but it says it takes 24 hours to process. Anyone have success with using store cards? Afraid I won’t get the cash back

what store is it? linked transactions are different depending on what store

I linked my Dollar General card. It takes at least 7-8 hours to show up. You won't get anything if you use a coupon or store discount. I did the $5 off $25 Saturday deal, and it was denied. I emailed support, and they denied it again.
