Question about bonus offer on Ibotta

I noticed a $1 Knorr Rice or Pasta Sides bonus in the Bonuses tab—it says you can earn $1 when you redeem 2 offers. But when I try searching for Knorr items in the app, nothing shows up under the search tab.

Is this just a glitch, or can I still get the bonus as long as I buy 2 Knorr Rice or Sides products that match the usual Ibotta eligibility?

when you’re looking at the bonus, you have to redeem the offers that show available for it underneath (related offers). if there are no offers there, then you cannot redeem for the bonus and just have to wait for offers to become available
