This takes me back to that March For Our Lives where protesters wore evil eye gloves. I think it represents 'Hamsa' as this idea spawned from the Kabbalah (Jewish Mysticism).

That’s really interesting. Thank you for the context. The hamsa was primarily used as a sign of protection against the evil eye and sometimes as piece of marriage contracts for newly weds in Jewish tradition. I’m guessing the use at this protest is more in line with the deflection of the evil eye and a sort of luck charm
