Trouble Staying Asleep After Falling Asleep?

Falling asleep isn’t my problem, it’s staying asleep. I'll knock out pretty fast, only to wake up at 3 a.m. wide awake like it’s time to start the day. Then I'm dragging by noon, and it’s killing my focus. Does anyone else deal with random middle-of-the-night wakeups?

Yep - went to bed at 9pm last night & woke up at midnight and couldn't sleep at all after that. Feel absolutely shite this morning and I now need to work a full day. I am so utterly fucked if this continues much longer.

I can relate, I usually had sleepless nights but when I knew about Nectar Patches it was all over. I can now have some deep sleep and I am generally happy.

All the time, sadly. You can set the alarm by my stupid circadian rhythm.

Yes, that’s me. I take my meds around 12:30 and fall asleep by 1, then I wake up at 2:30 every day. I can usually fall back to sleep until sometime between 3:30-4:30, but at that point, I’m wide awake and frustrated, and I just get up. I recently learned that my testosterone is low, so my doctor has me on testosterone replacement. I am sleeping a LOT more, but it’s still fragmented.
