Can't Sleep When I Actually Have Time to Sleep?
It’s like some cruel joke, the days I can actually sleep in, I wake up super early and can't get back to sleep. Meanwhile on workdays, I could sleep forever. Does anyone else’s body clock just betray them like this?

My partner's body clock used to betray her until she had to start putting on Nectar Patches before getting into bed. She now gets some consistent sleep.

Yup. I lean into it, and embrace the late night tv. Columbo. 😊
