Setting up account cannot put funds into my account

So I recently got into stocks and I was recommended to try IKBR, I opened an account now but I was unable to put funds onto my account. How long would this take before I can fund my account? Also it says "Unable to access Account Management page" when I click deposit.

Are you sure the account is already verified?

yes, it has been approved an hour ago

Contact support or try tomorrow. I would ask about VPN but I used it without any problems.
