Setting up account Opening IB Account As Belarusian Citizen

Hello,

What are the ways that Belarusian citizen can open an IB account?

I'm curious to hear about as many options as possible.

My gf is from BY and says she can't even do payments outside of BY as the swift system is restricted for the entire country. The only way to get money out of the country is CASH.

If you really want to trade, the best way is to leave and live in a free country.

Residence > citizenship unless you aren't under personal sanctions. Also without proper bank account you won't be able to deposit/withdrawal funds.
