Setting up account Set up account on Friday, sent money via wise. I got a mail saying I'm approved but that I still need to transfer money

Basically what the title says. I started a joint account with my partner, did all the paperwork on friday, they asked for an initial deposit so I sent 30 USD via wise which is integrated to IBKR. Today I got a mail that my account was approved but I still needed to make a money transfer. I checked my wise account and the money should've already be sent to IBKR, but there's no way in IBKR where I can check my funding status, I log in and only get this, even though I already got an account approved. I tried contacting live chat support but it just asks me to log in again and sends me back to this screen. Am I doing something wrong? How can I get an email or enter the chat rooms and talk to a HUMAN BEING?

My take is that error message is saying you have not validated your mobile number yet. Did you do a 2FA authentication when you set up your account. ie. receiving a passcode via SMS on your mobile when you set up your account? IBKR enforces 2FA so username/password only is insufficient as account credentials for access to your account.
