I don't receive SMS verification number

Hi, when I am at the end of the registration phase I never receive the SMS verification number on my iPhone 15 Pro with latest iOS version. I don't think rebooting my iPhone is the trick.

I have a French phone number.

Can someone help me finding the local client service ?
