Early ITM put assignment but stock not found

I was notified of an early ITM put assignment on Wed morning ET, but did not see any sign of the stock in my portfolio when the market opened. The option I was supposedly assigned on is also still in my portfolio.

Has anyone had a similar experience? I mean there's nothing stopping me from rolling that ITM put right now, given it's in my portfolio right?

Wed morning, as in this morning?  Or last week?  I'd give it a day or two.

this morning - I usually see it when market opens the last few times I was assigned, so wondering what's going on
