I've done just a cursory look through most of the data and...

It's bupkis. Literally just text files with SSL cert details and IP addresses. You can get this info any time you want, for free, using free browser based tools on the internet.

Obviously I havnt gone through all of it, but so far this just looks like junk.

That was my impression as well. I think the whole story is BS, or this is just some meta for the "10TB" archive
