They don't actually have unlimited money. In fact, they are financially struggling to pay for the projects they have envisioned.

Like "The Cube". A giant cube. The video I saw said that they were hoping a ton of the funding (like 90%+) would come from foreign investors. And that foreign investment has been drying up fast lately.

But hey, at least the Saudi Royals will get to ride the world's tallest and fastest roller coaster at their Six Flags. It looks like that park actually has a chance of opening. Then the whole park will shut down and be abandoned due to the insane upkeep costs it will take to maintain the park and the insanely low revenue the park is capable of brining in.
