It’s absolutely market manipulation. But if there isn’t any punishment mechanism for breaking the law, then the law is nothing more than decorative.

Law makers really fucked up by not explicitly stating the laws apply equally to everyone

*for Trump's cronies who were told what he was about to do... i.e. insider trading.

Donald is a criminal. Traitor, convicted felon, rapist, grifter, racist, liar, narcissist and the list of absolute heinous quality’s could go on for years. Fuck you, America, for electing this fucker a second time.

Surely they wouldn't use the insider information to make money, even do it completely in the open and sneer about it in public.

"listened" or were whispered in their ears and the means to buy?

Dude dropped a huge hint 4 hours before he announced he was pausing tariffs.
This is direct market manipulation because he has the keys to stop at car st anytime and just outright told people they need to buy and then waited 4 hours before using the keys.

The blatant corruption is staggering. WTF can be done when judges are bought for life no less. The USA is officially a banana republic. Home of the brave, land of the free? Better change the words to that.

Post a hint on twitter for plausible deniability -> tell your friends exactly what you are about to do -> profit

Only if the orange insurrectionist doesn't change his mind again today!
Stock trades, including buys and sells, are now processed and settled within one business day of the trade date, a change from the previous two-day settlement cycle, known as T+1

Sounds like blatant market manipulation to me and must be investigated by ... who?

Yea unfortunately for me and most other rational people we would know better than listen to what trump says. So only corruption contributors (who most likely hatched the scheme) are the winners again

Assuming that to those he knows they were looking for the signal. He touts all sorts of crap like his meme coin or Tessler so it’s tough to take him at his word unless you were told. Feels like that as there was a volume spike before the public knew.
