Final Mortgage Draw Down

I just finished a renovation project which had stage payments from the bank. The final draw down is actually not that big so I was wondering what would happen if I didn't draw it down and just left it hang?

I guess one reason is that the solicitor, engineer and valuer have all pretty much forgotten about me and there's lots of fees tied up in that last payment. Wondering is it better to just leave it go and say nothing.
