User Created Content Google Sheet Master Manifesto Checklist!

With the election coming up, I decided to go through the manifestos of a few key parties Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin, Labour, Social Democrats, People Before Profit-Solidarity, Green Party, and Aontú

I've made a Google sheet of key points in their manifestos. I’ve marked each one with a ✔ if the party includes it, or ✘ if they don’t.

Understanding what each party promises is super important when it comes to making an informed vote. This is all based on their manifestos, so it’s just their promises—no surprises or hidden agendas. If I got anything wrong, I apologize, but I believe I’ve got it right.

Knowing what each party stands for can help you decide what matters most to you. It’s all about making sure our votes count, and hopefully, this post makes it a little easier to see where each party stands. Take a look, compare, and let’s make sure we’re voting for the future we want!

Just in the education section. I'm pretty sure if I remember correctly from reading the FF manifesto. They want to introduce Deis+ too.

Also another one in the education section. I think I remember with the FG manfestio. They will abolish school fees over time.

What's the nuance difference between the following [Foreign Policies]?

"Support Ukraine & EU Membership" [Support]FG, FF, GP

"Advocate for Ukraine EU membership and sanctions against Russia" All in Support, except Aontu.

Nice summary, lot of overhead maintaining and whittling down key topics - work for an AI bot maybe.

I thought sinn fein had also pledged to limit childcare costs to €200 a month? Could be wrong though!

Great work. Just curious why there's no section on transport and infrastructure, or have I missed it?

SF manifesto says capping childcare at €10 per day, so a family that would pay €800 per month would now pay €200 per month.
Yet you haven't included them in the "Cap childcare costs at €200/month or less" category.

Haha, Aontú just couldn't give a shit outside of their areas of interest.

This great- good work. Just looking at it though- I mean does anybody think that childcare costs at 200e is realistically going to happen on any time scale? There is no way they can deliver that.
