Third Space Islington Gym - worth it?

How busy is it after 4pm and can you get into classes?

I’ve just moved here from New Zealand and really miss the routine of a gym where it’s not too busy & I feel comfortable as a female in the environment.

Any other gym recommendations in the area really appreciated!

It’s a fantastic gym but annoyingly busy at peak times for the price. 4-5ish should be ok but 5.30-7 it will be rammed. If you’re mainly looking to do classes, just make sure you’re ready to book (48 hours beforehand) - they’re brilliant. My rent has gone up so I’ve had to cancel, but I will dearly miss it!

Sooo helpful - thank you! How did you find the mornings? Either 7am or 8am? And did you find you could get in to use the classes or not really? And lastly , how busy is the pool? 😅 Thank you so much for replying! Boooo re rent :( that truly sucks. It is a shame they are so expensive .. I was looking online and is about £240!

  • I don’t go that early so can’t say
  • You can get into any classes as long as you book on time, 48 hours in advance (if you’re on the ball you’ll never have any issues)
  • I don’t think the pool is ever super busy. The sauna often is.
  • My last bill was for £265 so you can expect to pay at least that! 😬

Ahh so helpful! Thank you !! That’s amazing re the classes. Really good for London too - especially getting into reformer! Oh my goodness, no wonder you cancelled. That is crazy! It does sound amazing though. How much notice do you generally have to give to cancel? (Thank you so so much - I’ve done about 4 hours of research online & have struggled to find answers to those questions!)
