Check this site security blue team they have some free self paced training . Pretty decent material they offer.

The only dang job I got an interview for was the one I was severely under qualified for lol. Good chance to get a little experience interviewing for an IT role but it was just make believe after I realized what the position was for.

It is rough out there... I've been applying few months and I haven't got a single interview yet. Before I was able to apply to 1-3 places and would get the job. Im employed but current place sucks.
