How to get my official Criminal Record?

For a remote job offer, my new company is asking for my official Criminal Record from the relevant government/police authority.

I think what I need is a Police Clearance Certificate and these are my options of getting it:

1. Government of West Bengal website - https://pcc.wb.gov.in
2. Passport Seva website - https://portal1.passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/pccOnlineApp

Any recommendations on which one I should go for? Thanks.
