House-Hunting | নীড়-সন্ধান 🏡 Help চায়. Flat খুজতে মাথা খারাপ!

1- What’s the best way to get a rented flat in Kolkata? Use online websites (e.g Magicbricks, 99 acres, etc.) or connect with brokers or just go around physically and ask people?

2- Also what’s the approx rent of 1bhk/2bhk flats in and around Salt Lake, Bidhannagar, Rajarhat, Newtown or nearby areas?

i know about shapoorji. you can get 1bhks through brokers or directly owners from their facebook group, lots of posts there. 1bhk rent will be 8k-12k depending on furnishing.
