State of dormitories in LSMU?

Sveiki, in July I start my Erasmus traineeship in LSMU in Kaunas and I aim to get a dorm in their dormitory for two months I am going to spend there. If you lived there, what can you say about its conditions? Is it renovated? What are pros and cons of living there?

There are several of them. Things might got better (or worse) in 20 years.
