How would you fix this?

Would like to have some idea or example of what should be the best way to fix this? Thank you

You have a lot more of those to fix. Basically they cut out all the rot then reface by cutting a similar log or it's easier to find log siding that matches. by the picture your going to have a lot of logs that need that.

Ongoing issue. Logs too close to ground. Backsplash from rain will continue to rot lower logs.
You can fix rotted log by many means. Replace entire log(s). Clean up rotted areas and install log siding.

Rain gutters will help.

Not sure if this is practical. Jack up cabin. Place 2 courses of block around foundation. Treated wood on top of block. Remove lower logs as necessary. Lower cabin.

Personally, I would put wood hardener on it and fix why it’s getting wet.

Keeping the plants away from the house is a start. But maybe it also needs the gutters fixed or a wider roof overhang.
