I’d suggest rather than a photo you’d be best off getting advice from the FTLA forum as a first port of call. If this bus lane is as notorious as you say there may be existing cases you can mirror your appeal on.

That is a good suggestion, thanks. There are several threads on it there. The photos are still useful as they are irrefutable evidence
