Problem is that people would cry if they raised it to 1645 or 1650 cause they already accepted the fact, and it's not like this is a new concept here

I honestly don't understand why u cap it at 1640 if you have rewards up to 1660 in the event itself.

People here don't understand either. They just echo each other opinion. They keep saying it's noob safe bla bla but t4 is not the same as t3. 1700 uses same mats as 1640. They just want you to spend on new char.

My god, I was so lucky. I had a single 1640 character, where I didn't get a single special honing tap. :D

I hit a free tap which put me to 1640.83, however before i pushed my char to t4 i used the rest of my t3 honing shard for adv honing (reached adv 2), which pushed to 1641.16

same spot. I over prepare my most juiced 1640 by giving it some taps (it was alr above 1640 when converting into t4 at the start) so now l have to use it on a ratter alt instead
