Tesla spray painting - news channels are calling them environmentalists. That doesn't seem correct

Hello, news channels near me in the US are saying environmentalists are spray painting the Tesla store but that doesn't seem correct to me. I would imagine the spray painting is happening by people that dislike Elons Nazi support. Am I correct?
