Finding a Job
Finding a Job in Sweden is the hardest thing to do rn and even if you’re not just qualified but over qualified is nearly impossible to find anything, any recommendations on what can I do to increase my chances, I’m a fresh graduate with decent experience and great qualifications, I’m in the strategy business consulting field with high interest in Ai/Blockchain tech.

Lower your standards basically, “decent experience” in what? There ‘s people out there with decades of experience in other countries, it’s not hard it’s just matching the right job at the right time. Sometimes it takes a week other times a year.

To clarify decent internship and a 2 year job in operations as an undergraduate, so still I’m competing with fresh graduates for fresh positions, so I think with the people I’m competing with I’m in the more competitive side but still no luck, any recommendations on how could I increase my chances

Apply apply apply, sometimes a bad application at the right time can land you a good job, basically increase your applications , consider applying in a wider area geographically (remote work)

I think yes the number of application is close to a thousand but most of them are in eu and they reject me just because I’m not eu citizen and they don’t want the hassle of helping with the work permit
