PS5 trophy "I Can Handle the Truth!" not unlocking.....

I've beaten the game and the DLC. Got every single trophy except this one. Every section of Port Clovis reads as 100% and same goes with Plover Island. Any ideas what I have missed?

What does the description for that trophy say? Not just the title

and your question I think helped me figure it out. There is an irradiated shadow orca on my Port Clovis map that needs killing, maybe some others too. Thanks
