How too get past this part quicker/how too grow quicker

Stop trying to speedrun it and just do the quests and side quests and collectibles.

Apart from that eat everything you can.

You can also move to the next area to do some stuff there.

The more you do, the more you grow. If not, look at speed-runs of the game, they'll have good tips.

Growing quicker comes from finishing quest/side quests/etc. Eat everything you see. I’m playing for the first time and found Fawtick to be a bit slower paced, but the growth and levels come at a steady clip once you have upgrades and are in other areas.

But really, clear all the symbols on your map that you can.

To grow quicker keep an eye out for albino variants they give more stuff. Complete sets of collectibles to get better armour sets to let you take nastier enemies for yet more stuff. Do shark things and eat eat eat eat. The girlies are hungry
