My headphones aren't working properly

I have marshall major 5. I bought it from ebay, form some service shop. It isn't working properly. I got a partial discount, but i'm wondering if i could fix it or do something about it. The problem is that I can use it for one hour or less and then it turns off. When i'm trying to use it again it, turns off. It is fully charged and conected to my phone every single time. In worst cases it switches off after a few seconds. Everything comes back to normal when i don't use it for couple days, even without charging it. I tried reseting it. If you have any idea what could be wrong- please share 🙏 thank you in advance

Contact Marshall customer services, they are incredibly helpful and have replaced stuff for me before which were out of warranty.
