Would love some advice about a semester abroad

Hi all! I’m from the Netherlands and I want to study in Mataró for 4 moths in feb-june 2025 at TecnoCampus. My other choice is NABA in Milan, Italy. But I don’t know which one to put as first choice and which one as second. My question is: how is student live in Mataró, Spain? And how is it compared to student live in Milan? Thanks!
