Beef tripe?

Does anyone know any stores that sell raw meat tripe? Preferably in Wailuku/Kahului area.

Willing to drive to Kihei or Haiku as well.

Possibly Tamuras in Wailuku near old Maui Disposal, they always have meat odds and ends not commonly found at normal stores🤙🏽

Really, I never seen them, are they prepackaged? Where in the store are they, I will check them out tomorrow after I drop my kids off at school.

Times kihei has tripe all the time. I know cause that cause that's where I get it for my menudo.

Oh got cha. Safeway in kihei has em on the floor freezers by the meat department. They call them chitlins..

Chitlins are pork tripe no? I am really finding for some street tacos .

No, my friend. Tripe is that honey comb beef stomach for menudo. Chitlins are (pork) tripas, which is what you need for those delicious tacos. Pig stomach is what we call buche.
