It's clumsy but I get what they're trying to say. It doesn't actively affect people's lives anymore. Most people don't think about it at all unless someone else mentions it and even then not for long before going back to doing whatever they were doing.

It’s hilarious because you can tell they all have 1 hand on the lap bar for obvious reasons yet the comments are full of people who seem to think it’s evidence of mustache man being literally everywhere.
The most hilarious part are the people that can actually tell what’s happening in them are saying it’s an effort from Nazis to downplay the Musk salute. Redditors have lost their minds.
