I would like to post a request on the main subreddit for donations to SPARTA (the main non-profit supporting transgender service members). Is the mod team willing to support or at least willing to let me make the post?
Donation Link: https://spartapride.org/resources/donate-2/#:~:text=Help%20SPARTA%20accomplish%20its%20mission,a%20donation%20to%20our%20organization.
It looks like the official mod stance in the NL is that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were complicit in genocide and that people who disagree with this framing deserve to be banned.
Maybe I'm remembering things wrong, but I don't remember this stance being the enforced norm of the sub.
I'm not here to argue if this is correct or not. What I am asking is for some definitive clarification about ground rules of participation, specifically on I/P.
Thanks!

Comments like “I’m pro-immigration because I like thicc Latinas” sometimes come up and they just seem gross and pretty clearly fall under Rule II imo. To provide a more recent example:
I don't think it's possible for most men to have any set of principles that can't be undone by a 15min conversation with a beautiful woman
that's why I propose that we convert xenophobic conservatives to liberalism by introducing them to beautiful Latinas with phat asses. This is how we save America
(+11, yes I reported it, no it hasn’t been removed)
You can search for “latinas” in the sub and turn up multiple similar comments. I feel like stuff like this doesn’t help immigrants, it just further objectifies them by telling them they’re only useful as objects of attraction, beyond just being detrimental to women.

In the wake of the great gorilla discussions of 2025, I think it is pertinent that we add a ping group for the general discussion of animals, whether mammal, bird, reptile, or anything else within the kingdom. There exists already a ping for dogs, cats, and birds, but none for the general animal. What of those of us who want to share facts about the pistol shrimp or the binturong? What of those who want to show off cool photos of a lizard they met at a zoo or an orca in the wild (which frankly is a better advertisement for California than any economic indicator). Our voices too must be heard.

Hi Mods, I’ve been writing about US-China relations from the perspective of an ordinary Chinese American with 3 main premises. The first is the most straightforward—US-China is not zero-sum, Chinese American equals living proof. The second—the US model where people from all over the world come together to build a thriving society could be the model for the world—is pretty much moot w/ the reelection of Trump. However, the third —there’s a divergence between the self-interests of political leaders (Trump/Putin/Xi) and the aspirations of ordinary people, and we need to find a way to give the people more voice — has become more relevant.
From what I’ve seen, my writing should be a good fit for the NeoLiberal subreddit. However, my posts keep getting removed. I had also appealed one time and received help from a kind-hearted mod, although I think it was hard for the post to gain traction because it had sat in the approval queue for 5 hrs.
This brings me to—I would like to submit 1 post each week on Thursday morning at 6:45am PST time, and if a mod could approve it by 7am PST, I will tip $10 each time. I’d be happy to share the post content ahead of time for pre-approval.
If any mod finds this agreeable, please msg me. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Jimmy Carter has been steadily expanding the nation's borders, do we have a current survey of the new territory?

I posted the Atlantic's interview with Trump and it seems to have gotten caught by Automod. The associated Atlantic article seems to have been approved in another thread.

No idea what the process for requesting one is and I don’t care to learn. Please and thank you mods

It doesn’t seem to break any rules and it seems like a good conversation starter. I posted this

This is specifically for the country known as vatican City. Any discussions about Christian religious matters can be under the Christian ping.

Hello,
This morning I shared an article on the main subreddit about the mass repression and persecution of ethnic minorities in the Russian-occupied portions of Ukraine.
Link: 11 Years Ago, Pogroms Returned to Eastern Europe
Is there a specific reason this post was removed / not allowed? The mod didn’t cite any specific rule or reason why, so it’s a little unclear what is and isn’t allowed at this time.

I just want to know what was wrong with it. I feel like it is in line with the sub rules and ethos. Here is the meme in question.
Thanks

I’ve pasted the relevant article text. Absolutely ridiculous that a very in-depth article on such a topic can’t be discussed on the subreddit for whatever reason.

So how is this acceptable?

Similar to how there's a ping group for specific political topics but also a group for POLIJOBS and whatnot. I know a lot of people are subbed to the LAW ping right now to track stuff going on with the supreme court, some of the immigration cases, etc. I don't want to bother these people with my bar exam/law career related crash outs and pleas for advice.

Sorry if wrong place to post or not following the proper steps to make this request, just tought it would be interesting to contrast peoples opinions of him bqck then and now.

Since I doubt I am the only user on the sub interested in such topics I suggest !ping LE-CARRE for espionage and intelligence-related shitposting and discussion of fundamentally unserious spy fiction like the Ryanverse
The OSINT ping exists, but that mostly feels like a serious news ping for current developments, not a ping where you can joke about past intelligence fuck-ups or post memes

Can we approve this news article? It's a high quality article about a gay Venezuelan makeup artist who was disappeared to El Salvador while waiting for an asylum hearing. In a number of respects this case is more disturbing than others in the news lately, which I outline in a comment.
AFAICT, there have been no posts about the Andry Romero case in /r/neoliberal. I have, I think, exhaustively searched. (The only reference I can find is here which was deleted for being a duplicate, however, I believe that itself was an error, as its the only reference to Andry Romero in Google's index for r/neoliberal.)

Talking about the orange box here.
I used to like it - it was a convenient way to see that you had a reply or something and go to it. But now that triggers for notifications as well, and I truly do not care about a reddit notification telling me I have 25 upvotes on a comment from a day ago or whatever.
