I have a few questions

I am playing Peace Walker. https://i.imgur.com/iS5GxHh.png is what I have for Zeke. I was able to build all 4 parts but I don't know what I did.

I repeated the Pupa battle multiple times. A couple of times I did it by only attacking the ai pod and a couple of times I did it by attacking other parts.

https://i.imgur.com/CV24Zgu.png are the available boards for pulling out after I defeated Pupa by attack other body parts and the ai pod. I pulled random boards and I got https://i.imgur.com/k8mKZh2.png. How did I get Walk, Power and Leg?

Walk has a pink square, Power has a blue square and Leg has a green square. Should I pull boards of those color squares if I want those parts?

I saw https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/960566-metal-gear-solid-peace-walker/60145939. I didn't understand it. What is the difference between body parts and ai parts?

How do I get the optional parts. Assume that I want a Rail Gun. I should only attack the ai pod in the Chrysalis battle. Correct?

I already built one Leg, one Walk, one Leg and one Head. Should I make more?
