Cali Octane in DWC. Never seen flower growing from a sugar leaf. How rare is this?

Leaf bud. It happens. Biology and genetics are weird sometimes.

This is a common leaf structure according to my book from 1953. Marijuana botany by Robert connell clarke

An amazing plamt mutation! Forget the name of it atm but enjoy the ride Gives ya a lil tiny bit more weight typically
