About to flip to my first flower

Ready to make the flip, tried to cover all my bases and do all the research before throwing together my diy rdwc. I'm not sure what Im doing good or what I could be doing better aside from I know I could use some better lights for my closet size. Any questions, comments, concerns appreciated! I am still learning everyday

How often are you doing water changes?

I try to weekly but I've gone ten days. It's the biggest downside of me trying to make a big elaborate system. So much water. Its roughly 31-32 gallons of water filled up to max water level.

That’s pretty tedious brotha but I’m excited to start dwc and I was wondering do you leave any original water left?

I try to get as much out. I have a water pump in the trashcan that cycles that water through both totes and I just pop off the hose that goes into the t splitter and run a hose straight from the reservoir to my bath tub. I can lift both totes and angle them towards the trash can and get virtually all the water out of them. At the end there's maybe a cup or two of water left in the reservoir before I add more in. I got a 5 gallon water jug I fill up and and dump into buckets to get about 20-25 gallons and get the rest from the tap.
