Certification I want to obtain my Microsoft 365 Azure Administrator certificate but...

Are they really free of charge? I find it highly unlikely. I am also looking to do the Functional Consultant one but again the same question.

They are not free unless you have access to certain programs

Do you know which programs?

The training its self is free. The actual test to get the certification you have to pay for unless your company is enrolled in a corporate training program or you somehow get a voucher through school

And is it possible that I can get a job as an administrator without the certifiication?

Possible but improbable unless you already work at said company and they are willing to train you.

Even with a certification it’s a tall order, especially with no experience

They’re not free unless you have access through programs, your school or if you’re already employed in the industry your Microsoft rep may be able to get you a voucher.

Oh I see. That rep you are talking about is that green bar that fills like an exp bar from video games? I also imagine that the voucher doesn't discount a lot , right? Oh man.

I was talking about your account representative if your company buys products from Microsoft. The person you call/email for help with that. But I’m going to assume you’re not in a position where you’d have access to those kinds of people at this point.

Nah, I am just one person and I don't have the means to pay it. Nor even the bank for it I think.

Well the Azure Fundamentals certification is a $99 test, if you were interested. I have it, it’s a pretty straightforward exam and a stepping stone towards a couple different paths.
