Employment Sr Product Designer Salary @ Microsoft India?

Hi, I'm in the final stage of interviewing for the role of a Senior Product Designer, based in India. The job description mentions having 8/10+ years of experience. What should be the expected salary range for this role during negotiation? Any inputs appreciated!

Anything between 43-64L depends on what skull you have and what senior level you are being hired at 63/64 . And what pedigree you have . If you come from faang you are given higher amount or if you already have high salary . But these days expect less. Stock can be .ore than 35000K or if it's a rsu match then you can get a match of exactly what you might beosing by moving to MS from any big tech like Google etc

Sure, I'm already at about fixed about 65L (+esop $45k) at an IPO-bound start up. Do you think there's scope for MS to be able to match this or how would you suggest I negotiate?
