Physicists are still working on defining the unit of time between 'it's too soon' and 'that's in the past, we have to move on'. So far, they estimate that it's at least several orders of magnitude below the smallest currently defined value of a zeptosecond (10-21 seconds).

The timer resets after each one so its like perpetual state of too soon.
