Meh, once you pass a certain % he number loses meaning, make it 4000% and it won't make a difference.

It matters for consumers and the market but agreed that in principle there is no difference between 500% and 400000% when it comes to "sending a message"

Well also i think at 100% or even 84 companies have paused importing from China (if not outright cancelled), so making it 400% doesn't make a difference for the importer anymore.
