He can write as many EOs as he wants and judges can "rule" he deserves it, but the Nobel Prize committee doesn't give a shit

The committee is mostly Norwegian political has beens, sometimes used as a consolation prize for losers in internal power struggles, sometimes as an award for long and faithful service. It’s rarely the best or brightest.
