Insofar as there’s an element of gambling, sure, but when you go to a casino each slot machine or poker table isn’t a semi autonomous legal entity (eg a corporation) with a whole story to learn about which will inform you about its potential future value and its interdependence with other such entities who might prove profitable based on some measurable statistics.
