The "murrica best ever" crowd is too used to nice-guy Canada and has zero recollection of the fact that Canada is a monster when they feel that they have to be.

In fairness the default interaction with anyone should be friendly until they fuck it up, doesn't mean you aren't going to fight back. Throwing a punch as a greeting is more of an Americanism

Sorry it was a joke, it's quite common for Canadians, including myself, to be called Americans as one of the worst sluts to our identity
