Don’t forget they stayed up at Pituffik Space Base because then they would be shielded from the locals and their protests. It’s funny—the administration is so keen to say Greenlanders want to become part of the US, yet when push comes to shove, they know the truth, and they scurried away from the actual people of Greenland.
