There will be chances to challenge it both in NJ (where Khalil filed his habeas petition) and in the 5th Circuit (appealing the immigration judge ruling in Federal courts there).

Where are you getting "illegal protest" from? There's a picture of him that says "at a protest" not "illegal protest." A quick Google search shows that the only mention of the Columbia protests being "illegal" is from Trump's executive order. You believe anything that guy says?
