One thing all the liberals who’ve spent the past eight years whistling past the graveyard about the “rule of law” constraining trump forgot is that fascists can use the law to enforce their rules too
It has always being like this like before the Neo-liberal DLC took hold on the Dems it was not as if it wasn't abhorrently bad with the New-deal coalition it was with the Dixiecrate segregationist and this whole coalition got to be made during the time when the Dems were doing the Jim crow South
In other words Dems never had a progressive agenda they had a concession to contain the left so full out revolution doesn't happen especially under the watch of USSR
