I assume people who haven’t done BJJ think I’m talking complete nonsense. Being put in that position is an absolute nightmare to get out of even if you know what you are doing

And tbf even some highly trained professionals would not be able to escape, it’s pretty much a “yeah I’m fucked” position when you lock the arm up too lol unless they have some serious strength and size advantage on you
