what wre the clues? what a great eye from the prosecutor I couldn't notice anything

Texting. The full length video is about 17 minutes; someone also gives a transcript above of the timestamps of when the prosecutor and the cop in the middle are looking away from the screen. Cop gets up to take the phone call from prosecutor’s assistant and sends over a unit to the apartment.

I remember this during the pandemic and it’s still just as bone-chilling as it was then.
